- I bought aerobics DVD a few months ago. At first I exercised all the time without so much as a break to have rest. But then I found a new job which takes all my free time and prevents me from exercising as much as I used to do. It resulted in my wrecked physical condition. I’m very worried because my work will soon ‘help’ me feel quite hypodynamiac. All I do is sit in front of my personal computer day and night typing non-stop without any purpose or sense. Well, the purpose is obvious on the other hand (cash, baby), but on the other hand, I’m feeling kinda useless and underrespected. It’s high time wind of change arrived.
